Salary Range:  
  • Annual Equivalent of $60,000 - $65,000.

Our passion is leveraging a unique, patented AI technology paired with a collaborate multi-disciplinary clinical team to support patients (we call them Members) with complex medical challenges.  As the Company’s Human Resources Director you will be a key member of the team as the company rapidly scales in size and expands nationwide.
  
Senscio’s 24/7 home-based virtual medical program acts as an extension of our member’s primary care team, providing their PCP and associated specialists w/actionable situational awareness.  Integrating physical and behavioral health needs with a broad scope of social determinants of health needs, we provide a truly holistic, patient-centered plan of self-management support.  The AI based technology allows for easy and efficient administration and providers spend much less time documenting and more time in direct care of the patient.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of the Company’s HR functions, including updating and expansion of policies and practices as the Company rapidly begins to scale.
  • Coordinate and participate in all recruiting and hiring events, to include candidate identification, interviewing, and onboarding as appropriate.
  • Perform all routine tasks required to ensure thorough, robust and professional personnel support programs which foster a highly desired culture, career growth opportunities and team satisfaction.
  • Perform all necessary actions to ensure compliance across all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Broad-based experience as an HR Generalist with experience across all related HR and business functions.
  • Strong work ethic, highly organized with great attention to detail. 
  • Self-starter mindset and comfortable working independently within a hybrid work environment; some remote and some in an office environment.
  • Proficient working with technology for documentation, team communication and routine work-related platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment completing multiple tasks
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills, time management skills w/strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Team spirit with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.
