Senscio Systems is a Harvard, MA based company with current operations in MA, NH and ME. Our passion is leveraging a unique, patented AI technology paired with a collaborate multi-disciplinary clinical team to support patients (we call them Members) with complex medical challenges. As the Device Set-Up and Fulfillment Associate you will be filling a critical position as the company rapidly scales in size and expands nationwide.
Senscio’s 24/7 home-based virtual medical program acts as an extension of our member’s primary care team, providing their PCP and associated specialists w/actionable situational awareness. Integrating physical and behavioral health needs with a broad scope of social determinants of health needs, we provide a truly holistic, patient-centered plan of self-management support. The AI based technology allows for easy and efficient administration and providers spend much less time documenting and more time in direct care of the patient.

Position Responsibilities:
- Unbox and physically inspect devices.
- Power-up and conduct basic set-up processes, to include loading a proprietary software package.
- Conduct a basic functional test and verify “ready to ship”.
- Document the set-up and log appropriate inventory control information.
- Prepare shipping containers, package and apply shipping labels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Reliable and Dependable.
- Comfortable working with basic electronics
- Possess basic computer skills
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Detail oriented.
